Il primo volume, in seconda edizione (1982), conta 656 pagine con 1400 illustrazioni e presenta 277 progetti di 241 autori di 20 paesi; come gli altri, ha il testo in inglese, francese, spagnolo, tedesco e italiano. Il secondo volume (prima edizione, 1980) presenta 255 progetti di 251 autori provenienti da 27 paesi in 624 pagine e 1250 illustrazioni. Il terzo volume (prima edizione, 1981) di 640 pagine con 1300 illustrazioni, presenta 232 progetti di 250 autori da 41 paesi.
