Anthology of 8 previously published Marvel Comics cartoon strips of Heathcliff --- the fat-cat-with-an-attitude created by George Gately Gallagher (1928 - 2001), who dropped his last name of Gallagher to avoid confusion with his successful brother John whom he followed into the cartoon business. Of scruffy pedigree, a penchant for trouble, & an irreverent attitude, Heathcliff was the rage of the mid-70s, featured in some 1,000 newspapers, so his, and that of his creator, became true-blue household names.
