Gilt title and five gilt raised bands on spine, with gilt flower design in each panel. Spine and hinges tight. Light rubbing to the leather portion at top and bottom edges and corners. Spine lightly sunned. Edges untrimmed. Light pencil drawing in margin of p. 53 is book's only mark. Frontispiece map of "A New Plan of Dublin", 14 x 12 in. has two one-inch closed tears, and small stain on margin. Five additional foldout engraved plates before rear endpapers include two labeled maps: "A Plan of the Lake of Kilarney in the County of Kerry." and "A Plan of the Town and Water-Fall of Leixslip Seven Miles from Dublin."
