Published by Editions de La Martiniere in 2014, here is the ridiculously rare first hardback printing of Katy and Jacques Horovitz's HISTORIC HOUSES: Secrets of Their Metamorphosis with generous contributions from Marie-Paule Caire-Jabinet. Paper covered boards, white spine and front cover lettering, 260 glorious illustrated pages the book is in very good plus condition with a few spots to the rear pastedown and a few bumps to the boards. The dust jacket is also very good with some light shelf wear to the covers and very light creasing to the edges. The book is extremely heavy (tipping the scales at 2.8 kgs unwrapped) and therefore additional postage MUST and WILL be applied to areas OUTSIDE the UK as follows: Switzerland/ Norway £18, Rest of the World (excluding Canada, which does not have a Royal Mail delivery category for this weight) £20.
