First edition. 16mo. Original printed grey wrappers, x, 11-158 pp., introductory. Details the mountains, valleys, lakes, rivers, hot springs, deserts, and other wonders of the "Eastern Slope" of the Sierras. Much on mineral and agricultural resources including towns, settlements, mining and reduction works, railways, lumber flumes, pine forests, systems of water supply, great shafts and tunnels, and the many improvements and industries of Nevada. Inked number and small stamp to top of title page, small professional restoration to repair a tear to rear cover, and light wear to fore-edges and spine ends, else very good, tight copy housed in a clamshell case with titles stamped in silver on the spine.

We accept checks and all major credit cards. Prices are NET to all. PA residents
must add 6% sales tax.
Shipping charges within the continental limits of the U.S. are $9.50 for the
first book and $3.00 per each additional book, if shipped Media Mail. Should you prefer to ship via
either UPS or Priority Mail, mailing prices increase. All over-sized books and all shipments outside the U.S. will be charged actual shipping, insurance, and handling costs. All parcels
shall be shipped insured or with signature required.
All items may be returned within 7 days of receipt with prior notification. We
request any items for return be sent by their original shipping route, be well
packaged and fully insured.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
