Black and white illustrations throughout. Previous owner's signature on the flyleaf. Dark blue endpapers. Hinges are cracked and torn, but are intact. Page edges are darkened and warped, gilt on top. Bound in dark blue cloth with gilt titles. Faded and worn on the spine, with a large tear running up from the tail edge. Smaller tears in the cloth on the ends of the spine. Boards are stained and warped from water damage. Cloth is bubbling in a couple places. Worn around the edges. 1ST EDITION. FAIR.
