Grey-Blue cloth boards with dark blue titles and horse head illustration to front board. 185 x 125 mm approx. x + 192 pp + 4pp of publisher's adverts. First Edition 1907. Practical guide pertaining to the commoner ailments and accidents affecting the horse. Volume in a series entitled "Sidney Appleton's Handbooks for Animal Owners" and seemingly now quite uncommon. Good (Book- Spine sunned and moderate shelf soiling to boards. Offset Browning to end papers. No previous owner name or insc. Margins of pages of book block have some finger soiling and occasional light foxing spots.
