vii, 228 pgs. 8 3/4 x 11 1/4 in. Gray cloth boards with black lettering on cover and spine. Numerous B&W photos. Condition of book is GOOD ; ex-library. Corners slightly worn, library stamp on title pg, removed card holder on back pastedown, scotch tape used to attach DJ, text very clean, binding tight. DJ cond is FAIR ; a plastic cover has been taped on, not long enough, it is taped directly to back cover. Edges quite worn and nicked, back fold-down eaten through. Colors good.
