This 1912 assumed first edition of 254 pages is tight with no margin notes. The edges are darkened, but the inside pages are clean. There is light edge wear at the spine ends and extremities. The spine is darkened and the front cover has a very tiny rubbed spot on the word "school". The inside front cover has the following : Home Economics Library Sept 1935, donated by Mrs, Annie Dean McElroy, but no writings on the inside pages. The front cover is not as bright as it was in 1912. On the whole, the book is good plus.
