This pamphlet, a Handbook on the Principles of Cooking was published for the International Health Exhibition in London in 1884 by Septimus Berdmore and explores the elements and utensils of cooking and how to roast, bake, grill baste and serve. In the original paper wraps. Externally, very smart. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Some pencil underlining marks to the odd page. Very Good.
