The fourth crime novel in R. D. Wingfield's series surrounding renowned protagonist, Detective Inspector Jack Frost. First edition. Featuring the original illustrated unclipped dustwrapper. Rodney David Wingfield was an English author and radio dramatist. He is best remembered for creating the character of Detective Inspector Jack Frost, who was later played by Sir David Jason in A Touch of Frost. In original illustrated paper covered binding with original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. Very minor shelfwear to the boards. Dustwrapper is bright with only some very light loss to the head of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean, with the odd spot and library ink stamp to the front pastedown and verso of the title page. Very Good.
