This book is extremely rare as there was a limited release of this version of the book. It was intended for this publication of the book to be distributed to book stores.The Second Printing has the notation ?B-K? on the copyright page identifying it as being released in February 1960. It features the green dust jacket anda black cover rather than the blue versions that were released by AA Pub, Inc. The back cover of the dust jacket has the "Lasker Award" endorsement. The Second Printings are much more rare than the first! This book is in very goodcondition and contains its original dust jacket. The dust jacket has some edge wear, stains and marks from tape. This book appears to be a former church library book. There is white pen writing on the spine of the book. There are some stains on the cover. There is a stamp from the church on the contents page.
