Nice tight copy. Red cover with gilt lettering has soot smudges here and there. Some on fep's and title page also. Otherwise clear and bright throughout.The name Black Jack was given to the US 2 cent stamp of 1863 Herein is an attempt to tell the Black Jack story primarily as it is demonstrated in the six-volume collection formed between 1952-1965 by the late Harry F. Allen.Copious b/w photos dot the glossy 148 pp content.
