About this Item
Second State of the First Edition, First Printing of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Number line of 10-1 , J.K. Rowling listed on the copyright page. The first print run consisted of 5,150 copies only (Errington: 187), divided into two states. By common opinion the second state is a bit less rare than the first state, although according to Errington the difference in printed copies must be minimal: 2,500 versus 2,650 copies.
