First edition. Hardcover. Copy 5462 from an unspecified deluxe presentation edition which was bound in "pure linen sailcloth over hand-beveled boards, with a spine of top-grain goatskin stamped in genuine gold foil." Text by Gavan Daws and Ed Sheehan and with photographs by Robert B. Goodman. A fine copy in a very near fine glassine in a near fine slipcase that has some very minor wear. An attractive production. This is a heavy and oversized book and will require extra shipping.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 3 LB, or 1.4 KG. However, larger or heavier books or multi-volume sets will require additional postage. We will contact you if additional postage is required.
