Signed by both authors to title page and dated 17th March 2005. 8vo up to 9½" tall., 344pp. with full page illustrations by Brian Williams. Decorative boards and endpapers. Issued without dustjacket. In fine, unread condition. The Highfield Mole was self-published on March 17, 2005, under the authors’ Mathew & Son imprint in a limited run of 500 hardbacks and 2,000 paperbacks. In 2007, the book was up by a major publisher and retitled Tunnels which became the first in a 6-book series.
