About this Item

First UK limited edition hardback (448/1000), 1931, with no jacket. In overall good used condition with minor signs of age, handling and storage - red bevel-edged boards tanned to spine and titles rubbed. Binding tight and appears lightly read. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; tanning and a little spotting to page-ends (upper-edge gilt) but text and illustrations (11 colour plates and colour frontispiece) bright and clear throughout.
