Includes 2*colour plates. viii+62pp. Black cloth boards with gilt lettering. Boards are heavily rubbed with some indentations to edges. Upper cloth to spine has loss 2.5cm deep with amateur taped repair. Front endpapers have numerous related newspaper articles pasted in.
