A disbound (ish) copy lacking the front cover and with the rear cover detached and missing it's corner. Begins with the half-title?, which is browned and chipped at the edges. The title page is also chipped and now loose.The remainder of the text of 52 pages is bound in two sections and appears to be complete with 6 plates in the rear. There is some scattered foxing to the text, though it is generally clean (ish). The fifth and especially the sixth plate are foxed. There are also several small stamps from a medical library.
