Bound in contemporary tan calf. Front board and first page are detached but present. Edges are bumped and worn. Raised bands to spine with gilt decoration and title label. Very worn. Previous owner's dedication and signature on fep dated 1799. Pull out map of Rochester to frontispiece. Pages are age tanned with occasional slight foxing but generally clean and bright. Numerous engravings. 8vo.
