PUBLISHER: H H Bancroft DATE/EDITION: 1866, same dates with no added printings indicated. BINDING: Hardbound in brown cloth with gold lettering on the spine, 657 pages. DUST JACKET: No jacket. BOOK CONDITION: Archival glue repair to a short rip in the cloth at the top rear spine edge. Sun fade to the spine without loss of lettering. Slight play to the interior rear hinge but text block is tight and the covers are secure. Some damp staining to the edges of the rear pages but nothing that reaches the text and no effect on the binding. A name written on the first free end paper otherwise interior is unmarked. Overall still a good, clean copy. Seller Inventory # 008547
