Published on the occasion of the village's fiftieth birthday, with a list of former Village officials, trustees, clerks; the author ".reviewed fifty years of minutes most meticulously.free access to many citizens and officials of the Village, past and present.people, zoning, police and fire protection, civil defense, economics, roads, budgets, policies and plans.Minutes and memos help to keep the facts straight.
