No dustjacket as issued. 583pp + 32pp appendix to rear. 22 hand coloured plates (including frontispiece). Not library copy, neat ink inscription to second ffep, boards have wear with missing section to bottom spine edge, 3 inch tear to bottom edge of title page, 1 inch tear to top edge of p.114, light foxing throughout, missing front/rear endpapers, marks to front/rear pastedowns.
