The Chatham Bookseller has been in historic Madison, NJ for more than fifty years. Ours is a general shop which emphasizes good literature, art and scholarly books in many different fields. We specialize in rare books, modern first editions and ephemera. The shop is open six days a week and we encourage browsing. We are happy to bring out books listed online upon request. We also do book searches and appraisals. Since April 2026, The Chatham Bookseller has been owned and operated by Kate Park.
