A very sharp copy of the 1962 1st edition of this uncommon Japanese-issued address book, graced with the gravure photos throughout of W. Eugene Smith (1918-1978), the renowned American photojournalist (of "Minimata" fame). Clean and Near Fine in its spiralbound, plastic red wrappers. On most of the rectos, facing the elegantly-designed letters of the alphabet, are the rich, probing gravures of Eugene Smith, who, famously, documented Japanese industial society with great fascination and skill.
