This book is in fair condition. There are no signatures, bookplates, or markings of any kind. The front half of the book is in good condition, but the pages in the rear have water damage along their bottom edge and many of the pages are stuck together at their bottom corner. This book contains all its original color illustrations from the film by Arthur Rankin Jr. and Jules Bass, with none missing or removed. This is a First Edition with, published by Harry Abrams in 1977. The book comes with it Rare Original Dust Jacket. The Jacket is in fair condition with a chip to the top of its spine and a tear on the bottom on the rear of the jacket. A rare copy of Tolkien's classic work. Seller Inventory # ABE-1757031234211
