[64pp] Bound in original pictorial paper covered boards with a dust jacket. Profusely illustrated in colour by Bawden throughout. Top of spine bumped, dust wrapper has two tiny brown spots. Inside very clean with the odd thumb mark/ fold from mishandling. A very good almost fine copy. A collection of Bawden's stories originally written for his own family, but were not previously published. This is a collection of nine individual stories which were originally written and drawn for the artist's children. He eventually redrew the images for this publication.
