Light toning to interior, light foxing to a few leaves, ink library stamps to title page and two other leaves. $100. * First edition. An introductory treatise and sourcebook on Greek, Roman, canon and feudal law, containing "useful information upon the subjects of which it treats" and referring the reader to relevant authorities for each topic (Marvin).
