First edition oversized paperback in glossy, illustrated card covers. One ink gift ded on fep, but no other marks, tears or soil in the crisp, tight, apparently unread 331pp text. Illustrated with over 100 pen and wash drawings by Rosemary Coates. Sporting folk the world over share stories of their most memorable canines in kennel, in the field, and in front of the fireplace in retirement. Hilarious tales about foxhounds, basset hounds, fell hounds and others. Quite a rare offering in fine shape.
