Nicely inscribed by the author on ffep, "To my friend Dr. G W Dyer with highest appreciation of the authority with which he spoke on sociology this copy is inscribed, Robert Tyler Aug. 1, 1913, B'ham, Ala." A very good copy in green cloth boards. Minor wear to extremities, top edge of text block is lightly soiled. Tyler was the pastor of the East Lake Methodist Episcopal Church in Birmingham, Alabama.
