About the Author
Malin y Nimrod Regev regentan desde hace 15 años el restaurante de hummus Reggev. Su amor por el hummus comenzó en Israel, donde los mimaron con esta delicia en todas las comidas. Cuando se establecieron en Estocolmo, lo echaban demasiado de menos y decidieron abrir su propio establecimiento de hummus.
