Dark blue-green cloth binding, decoratively enhanced with a rider on horseback in yellow and green; titling on the spine and front cover in white. Clean text; vii, 389 pages; with a four-page publishers advert in the rear. Exceptionally bright textblock. Tiny bit of rub to the bottom edges of the boards and to the cover illustration. We accept checks and money orders in US Dollars. Credit card orders are accepted through ABE. California residents must add appropriate sales tax (currently 7.25%). Items are returnable for any reason within ten days of receipt (please email or call first before returning item).

Shipping Terms:

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
