Front end paper and frontispiece missing. Published by The County Publishing Co. 1902. Notes in pencil to end papers, Spine cracked at pages 16/17 and 64/65. Includes recipes for cleaning tinctures, methods of cleaning gear as well as a chapter by Fothergill to young grooms on how to pack for your 'master' for a road trip with or without horses and suggestions on decorating a gent's library, smoking den or billiard room with old tack, spurs, etc.
