Hardcover; 389 pages. First edition. Scarce HC edition. Blue, textured paper-bound hardcovers with gilt titles on black label on spine. Slight fading to head-edges of cover, otherwise fine. Off-white endpapers with prev. owner's signature in ballpoint. Page edges yellowed, but the pages themselves are off-white, clean, clear, and bright. No markings inside. VERY GOOD+ The dust jacket is paper, olive green with black graphic design and white text. Faded spine. Shelfwear. Price clipped. Minor bumping of some edges. VERY GOOD.
