Maroon cloth binding with black decoration. Rubbing and slight wear to spine. Bumping to corners. Light stain to rear board. Cracking to endpaper joints, rear joint is a little loose. Some margin markings and notes (in light pencil). W.H. Smith subscription library label to front pastedown endpaper, no other library markings, stamps or labels. Previous owner's name to title page.
