Dan Kieran is deputy editor of The Idler and runs the magazine's website. He also co-edited the titles Crap Jobs and Crap Towns. He is currently researching a book about the Beast of Bodmin. Gavin Pretor-Pinney is the co-founder and creative director of The Idler. He lives in London and is currently writing a book about clouds.
