About the Author
Mireille Huchon est professeur émérite à Sorbonne Université.
François Roudaut est professeur à l'université Paul-Valéry (Montpellier III) et a travaillé sur les rapports entre religion, philosophie et poésie à la Renaissance. Entre autres publications, il a édité, seul ou en collaboration, des textes d'auteurs du XVIe siècle (La Boderie, Pasquier, Du Bellay, Marot, Thenaud, Tyard) et publié récemment une étude, Sur le sonnet 31 des Regrets.
Bernd Renner est professeur à Brooklyn College et à l'école doctorale de l'université de New York (CUNY). Il a publié Difficile est saturam non scribere : l'herméneutique de la satire rabelaisienne (Genève, 2007), le collectif La Satire dans tous ses états. Le « meslange satyricque » à la Renaissance française (Genève, 2009), et de nombreux articles sur la littérature de la Renaissance.
Phillip John Usher est professeur de littérature française à New York University. Il est l'auteur d'Errance et cohérence. Essai sur la littérature transfrontalière à la Renaissance (Paris, 2010), d'une traduction anglaise de la Franciade de Ronsard (New York, 2010), d'Epic Arts in Renaissance France (Oxford, 2014), ainsi que de nombreux articles portant sur la littérature française du XVIe siècle.
