Contains endpages, no inscriptions. He was also the author of A Treatise on Rheumatic Gout, or chronic rheumatic arthritis of all the joints . Illustrated by woodcuts and an atlas of plates. published in 1857, then in 1873. Printed base of plates is Drawn by nature & on stone by I. Connolly, also Printed by Hullmandel & Walton ( or just Printed by Hullmandel . Charles Joseph Hullmandel opened in London in 1818. Responsible for numerous technical developments, including lithotint and colour printing. In partnership with Joseph Fowell Walton from about 1845; the imprint Hullmandel & Walton continued in use until about 1860. So undated, but published c1857. Incomplete and only fair/poor condition it is extremely rare as at time of listing could not find another copy listed on the net and therefore no other copy for sale.
