History of Edinburgh trades such as the Cordwainers, Skinners, Furriers the Hammermen etc. Includes an account of the famous Blue Blanket (as named in the pub in the Edinburgh Royal Mile). Quarter leather on green cloth with motif to front. Bookplate of the Town Council to the front pastedown. Leather on spine worn to edges and chipped to foot otherwise a Good+ copy of a scarce item.
