A rare item, and in its original decorative binding. Hardcover first edition with splendid illustrations by J. K. Ferguson. This is a rare book, with all the portraits intact. The binding is rated NF taking its age into account. Corners are 'soft' but the book is still firm. A delightful collectable from an age where confidence and order reigned supreme. The author writes vividly and is such an enthusiast.
