About Paul Davies Paul Davies is a senior lecturer at Sheffield Hallam where he has been teaching C and real-time concurrent programming at both the undergraduate and graduate levels since 1988. He has also taught short courses in C to professionals in industry. Prior to joining the faculty at Sheffield Hallam, he worked for ICL (the UK's IBM) as a development engineer.
