Heavy grey cloth on boards with bright, as new blue and yellow titling to spine and blue to front. Book is tight and square, despite size (9.5" x 6.5", 529pp) and with sharp corners and edges. Fine. Unclipped Dust Jacket shows original price of $6.00 and has very little scuffing or shelfwear. Black and pale blue design with white lettering, spine unfaded. Some scuffing and a tear to top of spine and a bit to top of rear. Very Nice First Edition, First Printing copy of this title - same author as the Lonely Crowd and Faces in the Crowd. Collection of essays on a variety of topics including ethics, popular culture, sociology, psychology, and totalitarianism.
