Woodcuts; 32mo 4" - 5" tall; 192 pages; 1833 American Sunday School Union. Small format HC in quarter leather backed spine and marbled paper covered boards. Title lettering and ruling in gilt to spine, a little dulled. Bound together in a single volume, the 12 monthly issues of the diminutive monthly magazine, with each month given a separate title page illustrated by woodcut. Additional in-text woodcuts here and there throughout. Marbled paper over front board flaking and rubbed with some area of surface loss. Boards slightly rounded at corner tips. Expected light general toning and occasional soling to page stock. Prior ownership in pencil at front. Indexed at rear. Scarce. VG-. Seller Inventory # 48537
