It does not have the title page & no signs of ever having one, "Preface to the second edition" page states new chapters + corrections & additions etc. below is printed "Australian National University, Canberra, August 1980" ( I believe Corden was lecturing there in 1980 .). So Corden's name, publisher, & published date is not printed within this book. The printed Half title page just has "Inflation, Exchange Rates, and the World Economy". Printed to spine " Corden Inflation, Exchange Rates, and the World Economy Oxford" . So not sure if this exact edition was published or this book was printed in 1980 or 1981.or printed just for the Author or publisher? W. M. Corden was professor of international economics, Johns Hopkins University, Oxford University ,Berkeley, Harvard, Minnesota, Princeton, etc. etc. & Australia (where he grew up after fleeing Germany in 1939). 14 x 22.5cm Approx.
