Would have been issued in paper wrappers, now rebound in dark blue buckram with small gilt titles down the spine edge, some age toning to paper edges, otherwise VG+. *Rare treatise on stale air, flooding and humidity also has a record of the medical history in 1805, advice to people living in marshy and working in humid conditions, etc. by this Dr of Medicine, Member of the Soci�t�s de M�dicine and d'Agriculture. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
