No foxing, previous owner written name inside front board 26 May 1972 Plymouth with Bill and Doris in the rain. 'This 1969 edition of the International Code of Signals has been produced under the auspices of the Inter-government Maritime Consultative Organization. It is in one volume, superseding the 1931 two-volume edition, and is operative from 1st April 1969.
