Previously serialised in New Worlds in 1960 under the title 'X for Exploitation' and also published in the US by Ace books in 1960 as part of an Ace Double under the title 'Bow Down to Nul' along with 'The Dark Destroyers' by Manly Wade Wellman. Very crisp copy with only very slight edge wear to the covers. Page edges a little browned with light spotting. There is a light trace of a price in pencil to the first page but otherwise the pages are unmarked. Cover illustration by Brian Lewis. First printing.
