British Society of Dowsers. London. 1950. 143 pages. First edition, first printing with 1950 date on title page (Publisher's title page serves as copyright page; traditional copyright page is blank.) This book comes from the personal collection of noted doctor, professor and psychoanalyst Dr. Henry Guze; founder of The American Academy of Psychotherapists and the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis and co-founder/President of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sex. His signature and ownership stamp is on the front free-endpaper. Book is about near fine. No flaws of note, just minimal general handling. Uncommon rare DJ is near fine with minimal evidence of shelf-rubbing causing one tiny edge chip at front shoulder. An excellent copy in the uncommon DJ. 1st/1st.
