With a presentation bookplate by a Dr Blackall of the of the Birmingham Medical Institute to the front pastedown. The institute's stamp to the title page of 'The Introduction to the Practice of Midwifery.' Ownership inscription to the title page of 'Observations on the Cure of Cancer.' Internally, firmly bound. With a minor faint scattered spotting throughout, particularly to the first and last few leaves, although, generally, the pages are very clean with only a touch of age toning, as usual. Near Fine.
