If you are not completely satisfied please pack the books well and return to us within 14 days. Once we receive back, as long as the books are in the same condition as they were sent in, we will refund the original cost of the book. If another more expensive means is chosen and paid for, ONLY the cheapest standard delivery option would be refunded, IF a refund of return postage costs was deemed appropriate by us (such as book not described correctly / wrong book sent).

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
